We have done our research and have created the best Quality Management Systems (QMS) but also received certifications that best represent the industries we work with. We already hold ourselves and our history of work to a high standard, but with our certifications, we have another layer of proof that we work diligently and in an organized way for our customers.
What certifications does Btec have?
ISO9001
- This certification is used for Quality Management Systems and is applicable to Contract Manufacturing including: Tool Planning and Build, Production Stamping, EDM, Precision Machining & Outsource Management.
Btec works creating precision metal products out of titanium, inconel, cobalt, among others using the ISO9001 framework as the basis for our project management. We work with customers in Aerospace, Automotive, Transportation, Consumer Products, Oil, Energy, Government, Heavy Industries, and more because we have the tools and know-how to make precision metal parts correctly.
From EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) to CNC (Computer Numerical Control), from 3 axis to 5 axis CNC work, Btec offers a wide variety of machining and manufacturing services. We give our customers full traceability and prompt communication while we work a project. We make an effort to be open about what we can do, have done, and will keep doing for our customers.
