Btec is pleased to be expanding our CNC machines, in-house, by adding more lathes and multiple mills to our shop’s inventory. We are enhancing our capabilities and capacity with the addition of 6 new CNC Machines. Purchased at IMTS in September 2014, the last of 6 new machines was installed in July 2015. The new equipment additions include 2 Okuma Lathes, 2 Okuma 3 Axis Mills and 2 Okuma 4 Axis Mills.
These new items are just a few of the many instruments that make Btec so powerful in the metal manufacturing industry. Our sophisticated equipment help us to bring ideas to the table when a customer is stuck on their next move. We pride ourselves on the great team of engineers, machinists, and problem solvers who can weigh in with their opinion on a complex situation. These team members can bring their thoughts to the table, and think critically about how they can solve an issue when they have many pieces of CNC machinery at their disposal. Coming up with answers is easier when you have options.
