Manufacturing Customer Concepts

Machining, manufacturing

This year brought Btec the opportunity to bring another customer’s concepts from paper to manufacturing fruition. Lifetime Tooling Products developed an innovated design for a significantly improved roof flashing. The concept was great from Lifetime Tooling Products, but the track to produce the final result was unknown to them. They needed a company to create the metal concept, provide quality assurance testing and assembly, and bring their roof flashing to life for the consumers. That’s when Btec and it’s manufacturing knowledge stepped in to help organize the “how to” of the project’s logistics, providing solutions and guidance.

Lifetime Tooling was at a standstill and they found Btec for their metal manufacturing and testing of their innovative roof flashing. Btec was proud to develop the innovative die design and assembly process to bring production to reality. Our team helped test, assemble and modify the creation of the roof flashing. We worked with Lifetime Tool to create a process that was straight forward and exactly what Lifetime tools needed from a manufacturing company, a hands-on approach to the project.

Lifetime Tool® & Building Products LLC’s Ultimate Pipe Flashing® employs a break-through design with a proprietary sealing method for plumbing vent pipes and other roof penetrations. The Ultimate is a true solution to the well-documented failures of products currently available on the market.  The Ultimate has undergone exhaustive ASTM, Dade County Florida and other Quality Assurance testing as noted in the specifications section of this website.

Btec loves working with customers to find the solutions to tough problems. We have a large list of high-quality machinery and talented individuals who work hard to make Btec diverse and innovative for complex projects. We look forward to working with Lifetime Tooling Products’ and their continued success as the product continues to prove the ground-breaking improvement to currently existing roofing systems.
